INFRARED SAUNA BENEFITS: WHY SAUNA?

 

Saunas can quickly and effectively help you get back on track to healthier state.. Sauna therapy has been around for centuries as a way to detoxify your body. Now more than ever they are increasingly considered essential if you want to acknowledge the biggest challenge facing humans and domesticated animals on the planet today - exposure to toxins and toxin accumulation in the body - the main cause of many diseases. 

Infrared saunas can go further than traditional saunas by heating up your body’s core to a cellular level, where most toxins are stored. Infrared’s deep penetrating heat is what most effectively stimulates metabolic activity, which in turn triggers the release of stored toxins through sweat, as well as through the liver and kidneys.

Your body goes into fever conditions when you’re sick— a hotter body increases metabolic activity, kills unwanted intruders, and stimulates the release of toxins and viruses.  We highly recommend anyone establish a routine habit of Infrared Sauna detox sessions - many who have an Infrared at home will have a session every night - however many visit the Health Spa - this can be once a week or even up to once per fortnight to ensure that the burden of toxins is being significantly reduced.
